The number of businessmen whose companies generate more than UAH 10 million in revenue in Ukraine has reached 74 thousand, and 4,431 of them work in Odesa region.
This was reported by analysts of the Opendatabot platform.
There are 656 such entrepreneurs in Mykolaiv region and 451 in Kherson region. Businessmen with such income in Ukraine make up one fifth of all company owners who have filed annual reports, out of 360,000 businessmen. Only 28% of the businessmen on the list are women.
Almost a quarter of all businessmen are registered in Kyiv - 16,230. This is followed by Dnipropetrovs'k region (7,204 businessmen) and Lviv region (5,878). Together, these three regions account for about 40% of the country's large businesses.
Most of them operate in the medium-sized segment of big business: 79% have revenues between UAH 10 and 100 million. Another 19% generate between 100 million and 1 billion hryvnias, and only 2% are real giants with a turnover of over 1 billion hryvnias.

69 of the top 100 business owners are registered in Ukraine. The list also includes representatives of Cyprus (7%), the United States and the United Kingdom (5% each), Switzerland (4%), and other countries, including the UAE, Germany, and Monaco.
The starting point for the ranking is the revenue of UAH 10+ million. This is exactly the threshold at which the single tax no longer works and the line beyond which a business begins to become a business - with structuring, reporting and all taxes. The list may change as financial statements are updated.
The rating has grown over the year: 9,122 participants dropped out, while 15,450 were added. The net increase in the rating amounted to 6,328 businessmen. Positions also changed, with only 21 participants retaining their positions. At the same time, 37% of businessmen moved up in the ranking, while 42% lost ground.
