According to the case file, the 38-year-old Odessa resident found the children through Telegram. He engaged in sexually explicit conversations with them, sent nude photos, exerted psychological pressure, threatened to kill them, and blackmailed them. In this way, he coerced the minors into creating pornographic photos and videos, which he later distributed among other children. All of this took place over nearly two years, specifically from September 2024 to July 2026.

The prosecutor’s office has now filed a motion with the court to remand the man in custody without the right to bail.

Earlier, juvenile prosecutors from the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office completed a pretrial investigation and referred the case against a Kherson resident to court. The woman is accused of committing lewd acts against a minor. The indictment contains evidence of the defendant’s involvement in the creation, storage, and distribution of pornographic materials, including those containing child pornography.

A particularly serious aspect of the case isthe woman’s sexual abuse ofher own young son. Taking advantage of the child’s helpless state and his inability to understand the illegality of her actions, the mother committed lewd acts against the boy. At this time, both children have been removed from their dangerous living conditions and are under the care and supervision of qualified specialists.
