A teacher of a family-type home in Kherson region molested children

A foster father was accused of sexually abusing seven girls from a family-type orphanage.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

According to the investigation, the man systematically raped one minor ward for several years and committed lewd acts against six other girls under his care. The suspect was detained in Ivano-Frankivsk region, where the family-type orphanage moved from Kherson region after the outbreak of full-scale hostilities.

The accused is currently in custody. All of his children were immediately removed and are currently undergoing psychological rehabilitation under the supervision of specialists.

Earlier, a resident of Kherson distributed explicit materials online with her own participation, and she was also involved in the molestation of a young child.

In 2024, the defendant created an account in one of the messengers where she published her own photos and videos. She also distributed this content on the Internet. All materials were stored on her gadget. In addition, law enforcement officers found that the woman had downloaded and stored several files that experts recognized as child pornography. In particular, the suspect was involved in the molestation of a young child.

The offender was served a notice of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The woman is charged with committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 301 "Importation, production, sale and distribution of pornographic items", Part 1 of Art. 301-1 "Gaining access to child pornography, its acquisition, storage, importation, transportation or other movement, production, sale and distribution", Part 2 of Art. 156 "Corruption of minors".
