The register of bona fide taxpayers, which has been codenamed the White Business Club, as of April 1, 2026, includes 8,991 Ukrainian companies, 348 of which are registered in Odesa Oblast.
These calculations were made public by analysts of the Opendatabot platform, citing data from the State Tax Service.
After the data was updated in September 2025, the number of companies increased by 113. In September 2025, analysts noted that the number of such companies in Ukraine was decreasing. Before that, there were 318 companies from Odesa region in the White Business Club as of July of the same year. The list also includes 28 sole proprietorships from Odesa region.
In total, the list includes 536 companies from Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions. Odesa region is the leader among them - there are 174 companies in Mykolaiv region, and 14 companies in Kherson region.
Overall, the number of companies in the Club is 18% higher than at the end of 2025. The Club is open to companies and individual entrepreneurs who demonstrate openness, pay taxes in good faith, submit reports, and have no ties to Russia.
Every fifth member of the White Club among companies is registered in Kyiv - 1,921 cases. This is followed by Dnipro (774 businesses), Lviv (638), Kyiv (609), and Kharkiv (428).
Most companies operate in the field of trade and transport repair - 1,773 companies, or 21%. The agricultural sector is almost catching up with 1,652 companies (20%), and the manufacturing industry has 1,453 businesses (17%).
Among the Club's members, 100 companies are members of financial and industrial groups, and another 124 are affiliated with them. In addition to large companies, the list also includes small and medium-sized businesses - 581 individual entrepreneurs. Most of the members are registered in Kyiv - 76 entrepreneurs (13%), followed by Dnipropetrovska (12%) and Lviv regions (10%).
