The main source of funding is the local budget. The project is implemented by the Kryvoozery village council and its education department. The project works were carried out by Lextatus Group for UAH 239 thousand 940.

The total budget of the project is UAH 15.5 million, of which UAH 12.9 million is provided for capital expenditures and UAH 2.5 million for operating expenses. As of today, confirmed funding amounts to UAH 1.5 million, which covers 10% of the total cost.

It is expected that after the renovation is completed, the shelter will meet modern safety requirements and become a comfortable place for students and staff to stay in case of emergencies.

According to the YouControl online service, Lextatus Group was registered in 2014 with an authorized capital of UAH 6.5 million. The main KVED is a real estate agency. There is no negative mention in the media. The company earned over UAH 80 million in public procurement. The clients were generally government agencies, departments, offices and educational institutions, and even the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The company that won the tender has previously been involved in corruption scandals and is likely to have ties to the leadership of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

Meanwhile, in the village of Zelenyi Yar, Mykolaiv Oblast, it is planned to repair a radiation shelter in the basement of a local lyceum. The project provides for the construction of a modern and safe shelter that will meet civil protection standards. However, so far, local authorities have been able to allocate only 5% of the required UAH 14 million.
