The village of Kobleve, Mykolaiv region, is planning to build a modular administrative building - the Resilience Hub.

For this purpose, the Social Protection Department of the Koblevo Village Council announced a tender in the Prozorro public procurement system.

The expected cost of the works is UAH 3 million 356 thousand 403 including VAT.

It is a new construction of a modular administrative building, which should be located at the following address: 4B Odeska Street, Koblevo village, Mykolaiv region.

The tender was announced on March 13, 2026. Participants can submit their bids until March 28, 2026.

The project will be financed from the local budget as part of the program for the implementation of public investments in the field of veteran policy.

The winner of the tender will be determined by the criterion of the lowest price, which has 100% weight in the evaluation of proposals.

The cost of construction according to the draft decision of the Koblevo village council is UAH 12 million 902 thousand. Of which UAH 4 million will be allocated from the local budget of the Koblevo village territorial community.

As Intent previously wrote, in the summer of 2025, the beaches in the resort village of Koblevo, Mykolaiv region, remained closed due to the safety of vacationers - the military did not allow even partial demining.

"Yes, it was me who did not open the beaches because people's safety is the most important thing. I twice asked for a commission to assess the situation and the possibility of removing mines in the coastal zone. The conclusion was clear: it is impossible. This is the second year I have been trying to open the beaches," Kim explained.

He noted that in Mykolaiv region, the coast was mined at the beginning of the war because of the possibility of an enemy landing. The most dangerous areas were in resort areas. Unlike in Odesa, where open beaches are equipped with concrete breakwaters and booms, such measures in Koblevo were not approved by the military.

As you know, with the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the village of Koblevo in Mykolaiv region was closed to vacationers. The coast was mined to protect it from the Russian army. Today, there are only broken hotels and abandoned recreation centers, and local outlets where people used to sell and buy goods are overgrown with weeds.

In February, the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration started talking about the possible opening of beaches in Koblevo, but failed to reach an agreement with the military.
