Bolgrad Mayor Sergei Dimitriev declared a 131.6-square-meter house in Bolgrad in 2024 and noted that he uses another 91.1-square-meter house.

According to the declaration, published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, he began using the house owned by Maria Dimitrieva in 2021.

However, the declaration for 2023 only lists a house of 131.6 square meters. As for cars, in 2024, the mayor started using a 2008 Volkswagen Passat B6 made by the same Maria Dymytrieva. Instead, in 2023, he used a car of the same brand, but then the owner was Ihor Agbun.

The mayor also still has a BZPZ passenger trailer, which he has owned since 2002. As for the mayor's income, it also increased by UAH 152.3 thousand. This refers to the mayor's salary, which amounted to UAH 720.8 thousand in 2024 and reached UAH 568.5 thousand in 2023.

Earlier, the mayors of Chornomorsk, Valeriy Hryhorash, Vasyl Huliayev, the mayor of Chornomorsk, Oleh Albanskyi, the secretary of the Podil City Council who is acting mayor, Volodymyr Novatskyi, the mayor of Pivdenne, Valeriy Shovkaliuk, the mayor of Rozdilnya, and Hennadii Trukhanov, the mayor of Odesa, also declared their assets.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi also reported on his assets in 2024. However, the declaration of the head of the Odesa Regional State (Military) Administration, Oleh Kiper, remains classified.

"Last year, the Center for Public Investigations, together with experts from the all-Ukrainian public campaign "Certification of Local Council Deputies," analyzed the declarations of nine mayors from district centers in Odesa Oblast and found out which of them had the highest income.
