Last year, the mayor of Chornomorsk, Vasyl Huliayev, rented a one-hectare plot of land and a 211.1-square-meter house in the village of Molodizhne, Odesa Oblast.

This is evidenced by the official's declaration for 2024, published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

Also, the declaration for 2024 differs from the previous one for 2023 in that it lists three daughters of the mayor as family members, while his wife Olena is not. Also, her property, which was listed in the previous financial report, is not in the declaration:

His wife is also not listed as a tenant of an apartment in Spain, which the family rented in 2022 and continued to rent in 2024.

His wife's Hublot watch and her Audi Q5, made in 2017, also disappeared from the declaration. As for the income, the financial report for 2024 no longer contains data on his wife's salary and her savings, which in 2023 amounted to UAH 3 million 581 thousand, USD 23 thousand and EUR 13 thousand in cash and UAH 397 thousand 332 and EUR 40 thousand 673 in banks.

As for the real estate in the mayor's declaration, apart from the land and the house in Molodizhne, the leased properties remained last year:

The mayor's only vehicles are a 1961 GAZ and a 2013 Volkswagen Multivan. The mayor also has a Breguet watch.

As income, the mayor indicated his own salary of UAH 788.4 thousand per year, pension of UAH 164.8 thousand, additional benefit of UAH 2,713 and alimony totaling UAH 55,953, which he paid to his daughters (UAH 18,651 each).

Last year, the family's savings consisted of 67 thousand dollars, 1 million 940 thousand hryvnias and 49 thousand euros in cash, as well as gold worth 230 thousand hryvnias. They had UAH 77,321 in the bank.
