Last year, Oleksandra Albanska, the wife of the secretary of the Podil City Council, became the owner of the limited liability company Imperiya Kholoda Trading House and purchased two cars - a truck and a car.

According to Oleh Albanskyi's declaration, published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, these were a 2013 Volvo FH 500 truck and a 2021 Range Rover Velar SUV. The SUV cost UAH 750 thousand, and the truck cost UAH 493.6 thousand.

In total, Oleg and Oleksandra Albansky own 47 trucks, two trailers and three semi-trailers. Oleh Albanskyi also owns a 1996 Honda TACT moped, a 1981 P H OMEGA S-15/4 mining crane, a 1996 CASE 580K TURBO backhoe loader, and a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Vogue car, which he purchased in 2021.

Also, in his declaration for 2024, the secretary of the Podil City Council indicated that a year earlier his wife had rented a 64.6-hectare land plot in Podilsk, but this plot is not listed in the declaration for 2023. Instead, there is an apartment in Podilsk with an area of 58.5 square meters, which belonged to Oleh Albanskyi and disappeared from the declaration for 2024.

However, it is obvious that the official sold this apartment, because in 2024 Oleh Albanskyi declared significant changes in his property status and income from the sale of real estate in the amount of UAH 631.4 thousand.

Anatolii Ivanov, the mayor of Podilsk in Odesa Oblast, resigned from his post during the session on March 10, 2022, citing his advanced age and health condition. Since then, the city council secretary Oleh Albanskyi has been acting as mayor .

Last year, the official's wife received income from the sale of movable property in the amount of 550 thousand hryvnias, and the declaration for 2024 does not contain a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover, which was in the declaration for 2023 and which Oleksandra Albanska purchased in 2020.

Also, the family's income last year consisted of:

Oleh Albanskyi also has savings in the form of bank accounts worth USD 3.6 thousand and EUR 407, while his wife continues to prefer cash and kept UAH 1 million and USD 25 thousand in 2024, which is UAH 50 thousand and USD 2.5 thousand more than in 2023.
