The mayor of Izmail and his wife earned money last year by selling electricity

In December 2025, the wife of the mayor of Izmail, Odesa region, Iryna Abramchenko, purchased a garage in Izmail for 137 thousand hryvnias.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, Mayor Andriy Abramchenko reported this in a declaration published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

The family has transportation - four cars owned by Iryna Abramchenko: A 2017 Mitsubishi Pajero Wagon, a 2016 Audi Q7 wagon, a 2019 Mitsubishi Pajero, and a 2016 Audi Q7.

Business and income

Iryna Abramchenko owns a private enterprise, Breeze Trading Group, and is a co-owner of Rayenergo-Ismail Limited Liability Company. Thanks to this, she provided herself with income from entrepreneurial activity - UAH 9 million 299.1 thousand, and she also received a salary at the Briz PE - UAH 184.5 thousand.

Another source of income for the family was the sale of electricity at a green tariff. Andriy Abramchenko earned UAH 41,175, and his wife earned UAH 145,750. As mayor, Andriy Abramchenko earned UAH 1 million 36.4 thousand and received a pension of UAH 235.7 thousand.

Savings

In 2025, Andrii Abramchenko kept 2 million hryvnias and 210 thousand US dollars in cash, and his wife kept 300 thousand hryvnias, 460 thousand US dollars and 50 thousand euros. Andrii Abramchenko keeps 964.5 thousand hryvnias in banks. His wife has 109 thousand 661 hryvnias.

The mayor also declared expenses in the amount of UAH 400 thousand, which he provided as charitable assistance to four military units.
