Izmail Mayor Andriy Abramchenko Declares ₴3.4M in Assets and Income

The mayor of Izmail, Andriy Abramchenko, has declared his family's property, income and savings for the past year.

According to the declaration, the Abramchenko couple owns or uses two houses with an area of more than 204 and almost 90 square meters, five land plots with a total area of almost 2,868 square meters, a shopping center, two shops and two garages. There have been no changes in this part of the property status.

As for the family's vehicle fleet, Andrii Abramchenko uses two Mitsubishi Pajero SUVs - one made in 2017, which cost UAH 1.15 million at the time of purchase, and the other made in 2019 for UAH 635 thousand. Officially, they belong to his wife, but he has the right to use them free of charge.

Iryna Abramchenko, in turn, owns two more 2016 Audi Q7s. She purchased one of them in 2020 for UAH 900 thousand, and the other in 2021 for UAH 721.5 thousand. Thus, the mayor's family has a total of four expensive SUVs with a total value of more than UAH 3.4 million. The declaration for 2024 no longer mentions the previously declared 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.

Business and income

Iryna Abramchenko still owns 100% of the corporate rights in PE Trade Group Breeze and 50% in Rayenergo-Ismail LLC.

Last year, Andriy Abramchenko received a salary of UAH 801 thousand from the city council. The main source of family income was his wife's entrepreneurial activity and business - she earned more than UAH 8 million over the year. In 2023, the mayor of Izmail received almost UAH 670 thousand in salary, and in 2022 - UAH 608 thousand 356.

Savings

The mayor has almost 600 thousand hryvnias in his bank accounts, and another 2 million hryvnias and more than 200 thousand dollars in cash. His wife has even more cash: over 450 thousand dollars, 50 thousand euros, and several hundred thousand hryvnias. Last year, the mayor's wife accumulated over UAH 20 million.

In 2022, Andrii Abramchenko declared UAH 1,154,560 in bank accounts, UAH 2 million and USD 210 thousand in cash, his wife has accounts totaling UAH 239.5 thousand, and has UAH 300 thousand, USD 460 thousand and EUR 50 thousand in cash.

The situation is somewhat different in the declaration for 2021. The mayor declared UAH 1,972,163 in a bank account, UAH 1.2 million in cash and USD 210 thousand, while his wife had accounts worth UAH 2,190,736 and USD 410 thousand in cash.
