Almost 2 million in salary and cash in euros: what the deputy head of Kherson MBA Yefanov declared

Anton Yefanov, deputy head of the Kherson City Military Administration, submitted his annual declaration for 2025. In the document, he indicated an apartment in Kherson, his wife's corporate rights, more than 190 thousand hryvnias in savings, and a salary of almost 2 million hryvnias.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the official's declaration.

According to the document, Anton Yefanov is the deputy head of the Kherson City Military Administration. He submitted his declaration for 2025 on March 30, 2026. His wife Yevheniia and son Tymofii are listed in the declaration together with him.

No other real estate, construction in progress, valuable movable property or vehicles were listed in the declaration.

The main source of Anton Yefanov's income in 2025 was his salary at the Kherson City Military Administration - UAH 1 million 810 thousand 34. No other income was indicated in the public part of the declaration. For comparison, in the declaration for 2024, his salary amounted to UAH 1 million 594 thousand 201, which means that it increased by more than UAH 215 thousand over the year.

The family'smonetary assets consist of both cash and bank accounts. The official himself declared UAH 75 thousand in cash and UAH 62,641 in a bank account. His wife keeps 50 thousand hryvnias and 5 thousand euros in cash, as well as 7,091 hryvnias in a bank account. At the same time, in the 2024 declaration, the family had much more modest savings: UAH 50 thousand in cash for the official himself and UAH 15 thousand in cash for his wife. That is, during the year, the family not only increased their hryvnia savings, but also declared cash savings in euros and funds in bank accounts for the first time.

Separately, the declaration states that the official's wife is the ultimate beneficial owner of the Evolution ABM Limited Liability Company registered in Kherson.

At the same time, the declaration does not indicate any financial obligations, large expenses, part-time work or membership in the governing bodies of associations or organizations.
