During the year, 712,453 new debts appeared in the register. The main reasons for the debts remain fines for traffic violations - 21%, penalties for administrative offenses - 20%, and debts to the state budget - 18.5%.

The leader among the southern regions is Mykolaiv region, where 797 companies have not paid their employees. In addition, fines for violating the rules of military registration have doubled. Over 21,000 cases of violations were registered this year, but only a third of the overdue fines were paid. Most of the debtors are men, but fines for women are also becoming more frequent.
