The Peresypskyi District Court of Odesa seized the mobile phones of a trustee of a Kherson businessman suspected of aiding the aggressor state. According to the investigation, after the occupation of Kakhovka in March 2022, the beneficiary of the Dom-Agro company voluntarily decided to continue its business activities in close cooperation with the illegal authorities of the Russian Federation.

This became known from the relevant court ruling.

To disguise his illegal activities, the owner used the Cyprus company Atofa Ventures Limited, whose shares he later formally transferred to his mother in an attempt to avoid liability and maintain actual control over the assets. An important link in this scheme was a resident of Odesa, who, according to the SBU, acted as a trustee and made financial transfers from the businessman's accounts to ensure the operation of the company under occupation.

During a search of her apartment on March 6, 2026, law enforcement officers seized two Redmi and Xiaomi smartphones, which were recognized as material evidence. The investigation believes that the gadgets contain transaction history and correspondence confirming the coordination of business from the occupied territories through Odesa. The judge fully granted the prosecutor's request, prohibiting any use or alienation of these devices for the duration of the investigation.

Also, Intent wrote that analysts of the Opendatabot platform presented a rating of the richest entrepreneurs in the Kherson region, whose total income was included in the national list. The top ten of the region includes the owners of companies that have earned more than UAH 11.4 billion in total.

Dmytro Zahoda took the first place in Kherson region and 440th place in Ukraine. His assets generated income of 2.74 billion. The businessman has the biggest fortune with Izmail Trading Company LLC.

Following him, on the second place of the regional list (681st in Ukraine), is Igor Ulanovych with 1.87 billion, who owns two gas and electricity trading companies. The top three are rounded out by Oleksandr Breus, whose business generated UAH 1.47 billion last year (903rd in the national ranking).
