The State Property Fund sold a recreation center in Odesa region for 22 million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has held an auction for the privatization of the Nauka recreation center in Odesa region with a total area of 789.9 square meters.

This was reported by the press service of the Fund.

There were 74 bidders for the lot, and due to high competition, the price increased almost 109 times: from the starting price of UAH 204.4 thousand to the winning price of more than UAH 22 million. The buyer will additionally have to pay a value-added tax of UAH 4.4 million, so the total economic effect could be UAH 26.4 million.

After full payment of the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive:

Earlier, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine put up for privatization the recreation center "Rocket" located in the village of Lyman of the Lyman community of the Belgorod-Dniester district.

The balance sheet holder of the recreation center is the public organization All-Ukrainian Union of Disabled Veterans of the War in Afghanistan and Other Local Conflicts. The Rocket recreation center consists of a main building with a total area of 453.4 square meters, five temporary buildings with a total area of 150.5 square meters, a restroom with a total area of 41.9 square meters, a tank with a total area of 11.9 square meters, and a fence with a total length of 377 meters. The starting price of the base is UAH 1 million 328.4 thousand.

In September, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions sold the Yunyi Sudoremontnyk children's health center in Odesa.

Six bidders competed for the facility. The price increased by 4.9 times compared to the starting price. The starting price was UAH 14 million 207.9 thousand.
