Head of Odesa District Court Elected

Judges of Khadzhybeyskyi District Court of Odesa re-elected the current head of the court, Volodymyr Gurevskyi, as the head of the court.

In January 2007, Volodymyr Hurevskyi was appointed a judge of the Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa. In February 2012, he was elected to the same position for life. In March 2023, he was elected chairman of the court. He succeeded LeonidLichman, who had headed the court since 2009.

Thejudge declared a salary of UAH 1 million 868.3 thousand for 2025 and a pension of UAH 283.3 thousand. He has no savings, and his declaration does not include any:

The judge declared the following cars as his means of transportation: A 2007 Toyota Camry, a 1992 Volkswagen Golf, which he owns, and a 2008 Nissan Murano owned by Zukhri Yakubova and used by the judge.

Oleksiy Starikov was also re-elected as a deputy chairman of the court. In 1996, Oleksiy Starikov graduated from the I.I. Mechnikov Odesa State University with a degree in law and a lawyer's qualification. In January 2007, he was appointed a judge of the Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa. In January 2012, he was elected to the same position for an unlimited term. In March 2023, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the court.
