The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization the recreation center "Rocket" located in the village of Lyman of the Lyman community of the Belgorod-Dniester district.

This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The balance holder of the recreation center is the public organization "All-Ukrainian Union of Disabled People from the War in Afghanistan and Other Local Conflicts". The Rocket recreation center consists of the main building with a total area of 453.4 square meters, five temporary buildings with a total area of 150.5 square meters, a restroom with a total area of 41.9 square meters, a tank with a total area of 11.9 square meters, and a fence with a total length of 377 meters.

The starting price of the base is UAH 1 million 328.4 thousand. This is not the first attempt to sell this recreation center. In January 2024, the State Property Fund already put this base up for auction.

In September, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions sold the Yunyi Sudoremontnyk children's recreation center in Odesa.

Six bidders competed for the facility. The price increased by 4.9 times compared to the starting price. The starting price was UAH 14 million 207.9 thousand.

The winner was Ukrremkontainerservis Limited Liability Company, which offered UAH 70 million 307 thousand for the lot, six hryvnias more than its closest competitor. This was the first time the children's health center was put up for auction, although there had been talk of privatizing it for at least three years. Thus, during the session of the Odesa Regional Council on December 2, 2022, the deputies appealed to the State Property Fund of Ukraine to prevent the privatization of the Yunyi Shipyard Worker children's health center.
