According to the Center for Public Investigations, according to the declaration, real estate worth UAH 1 million 686 thousand 491 was sold.

The notification of changes in the declaration is dated October 24, 2024, and the date of entry into force is October 17. The buyer of the real estate is Yulia Tarasova.

Vitaliy Kim owns five apartments with a total area of 406.4 square meters. He also owns half of a 102.6-square-meter apartment and a 293.6-square-meter non-residential building. His wife Yulia has one apartment of 57.9 square meters.

As for cars, the official owns a Mercedes-Benz E200, and in 2022 he rented a Volkswagen Touareg R-Line 3.0 V6 TDI. In 2021, he also used this car. His wife has a Subaru XV 2.0.

Last year, Yulia Kim earned half a million hryvnias from her business. The family's income in 2023 consisted of 1 million 349 thousand 227 hryvnias, which he earned as the head of the DIA.
