Lysak's deputy declared cash and two salaries

In 2025, the deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Krasylenko, kept 60,000 hryvnias and 25,000 US dollars in cash, and his wife kept 250,000 hryvnias and 40,000 dollars, all in cash.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this is evidenced by the declaration for 2025 of Deputy Serhiy Lysak, which was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

Krasylenko also declared a 104-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, of which he owns a quarter. The other three parts of the apartment are owned by his wife, daughter and father. Serhiy Krasylenko fully owns a 17-hectare plot of land in the village of Bohdany, Kyiv region.

The declaration also includes a parking space in Kyiv owned by Natalia Krasylenko, the wife of the deputy head of the Odesa MVA, and a 47.6-square-meter non-residential building he uses in Odesa, which belongs to the limited liability company Maestro Hotels Management.

Mr. Krasylenko does not have any transportation, and his wife owns a 2018 Lexus ES 250, which she purchased in January 2022.

The family's income consisted of Serhiy Krasylenko's pension of UAH 228.5 thousand, salaries of UAH 291 thousand 584 at the Western Office of the State Audit Service and UAH 265 thousand 143 as deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration. UAH 273 of additional benefits and UAH 2 thousand 18 from the Biopharma Plasma Blood Service Center LLC.

On October 16, 2025, the new head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, was introduced in Odesa. The day before, President Zelensky announced the creation of the Odesa City Military Administration in an evening address, after which Serhiy Lysak became the main contender for the post.

On October 14 of the same year, Volodymyr Zelenskyy deprived Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, former MP Oleh Tsarev, and dancer Serhiy Polunin of Ukrainian citizenship. After that, he deprived Hennadiy Trukhanov of his mayoral powers.
