Employees of the Bureau of Economic Security and the Security Service of Ukraine conducted searches at the home of Oleksiy Morozov, a former adviser to Gennadiy Trukhanov.

The press service of the BES confirmed the information about the searches toIntent.

They noted that the searches were conducted as part of an open criminal investigation into tax evasion.

Meanwhile, journalist Iryna Hryb, citing her own sources, reported that it was Odespasservis, a limited liability company that did not pay taxes for transportation at the Starosinnaya bus station from January 1, 2023, to August 2025. According to Iryna Hryb, the amount of debt amounted to more than UAH 65 million.

Oleksii Morozov was a pro bono advisor to Odesa Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov before the mayor was deprived of his Ukrainian citizenship and office. Oleksandr Morozov was linked to the scandal surrounding the installation of the "Piano and Coffe" kiosk on the coast in Odesa's Lanzheron Beach, which also has a piano. The kiosk was visited by deputies, the head of the Odesa Regional Administration, Oleh Kiper, and the mayor himself, Hennadiy Trukhanov, and eventually the kiosk was dismantled.

At that time, Iryna Hryb stated that the owner of the kiosk was a person connected to Oleksiy Morozov.

It should be noted that, according to the Opendatabot platform, Oleksiy Morozov is not currently officially listed as the final beneficiary of Odespasservis LLC, but he was until the end of 2017.

On October 14, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy revoked the citizenship of Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, after which all his advisors, of whom the mayor had 22, were fired. However, some later became advisors to the interim mayor, Ihor Koval.
