Child killed in Odesa by Russian shelling

At night, Russians once again massively attacked Odesa - three people were killed, including a child.

According to the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper, another 10 people were injured. A child is also among the injured.

Residential buildings, critical infrastructure and administrative facilities were hit. Due to numerous strikes, fires broke out in the private sector, a dormitory, on the territory of a children's institution, and transportation caught fire. There is significant destruction. Four people were rescued.

According to the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, a multi-storey building was hit in one of the districts. The fifth to the third floors were seriously damaged. There may be people under the rubble.

All fires have been extinguished. Rescue operations are ongoing, there may still be people under the rubble. Dog handlers and psychologists are working at the site. An aid center and an operational headquarters have been set up.

In Primorsky district, a residential multi-storey complex and seven private houses were damaged. Public utilities are clearing the area and closing window openings. The district administration is holding consultations for residents.

In Kyiv district, the response team continues to eliminate the consequences and inspect the damaged facilities. One multi-storey building, five private houses, a private preschool, a shop and 27 cars were damaged.
