Part of the Public House in Teplodar is put up for sale

The Department of Housing, Land Management and Property of the Teplodar City Council in Odesa Oblast has put up for sale a part of the Public House with outbuildings and facilities.

As reported in the announcement, it is about 29 hundredths of the object.

It is non-residential premises with a total area of 261 square meters on the second floor, consisting of the following premises: a toilet, corridors, offices and utility rooms at 1 Poleva Street. The starting price of the lot is UAH 1 million 705.2 thousand. The building where the object is located is connected to electricity, heat and water supply. The facility is under repair.

We are talking about small-scale privatization, which is a way to purchase enterprises, buildings, and stakes in companies owned by the state (managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) or communities (managed by local authorities). Small-scale privatization is limited to objects with a book value of up to UAH 250 million.

Building No. 1 on Poleva Street in Teplodar houses a number of municipal utilities. For example, Teplodarvodokanal, Teplodarservice, and Teplodar Municipal Motor Transport Enterprise.

Meanwhile, the National Bank of Ukraine has once again put up for sale an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters. The new auction is scheduled for April 23, while the one scheduled for March 10 with a starting price of UAH 96 million 492.8 thousand did not take place. The previous auction, scheduled for February 17, also failed due to the lack of bidders. The first auction of this year was scheduled for January 23, but there were no bidders.
