The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehousing and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska Road (a section of the M-14 international highway Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

The announcement for the previous auction stated that the lot was being put up for the first time at an English auction with a starting price of UAH 96 million 482.8 thousand, but on June 30, 2025, this lot was put up for sale with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand.
