National Bank of Ukraine's Odesa Property Auction Fails Again

For the second time, the National Bank of Ukraine has failed to sell an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehouse and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska road (section of the international highway M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk"). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

The lot does not include movable property that ensures the operation of refrigerators.

All costs associated with the conclusion and notarization of the property sale and purchase agreement will be borne by the winner of the electronic auction.

The new auction was scheduled for February 14. The previous auction, which was scheduled for December 5, did not take place due to the lack of bidders.
