Odesa City Military Administration publishes schedule for receiving citizens

Citizens of Odesa can now personally address the head and deputies of the city military administration. In addition to the head of the Odesa MVA, Serhiy Lysak, four deputies and the administrator will be receiving citizens.

This is evidenced by the information published on the website of the Odesa City Council.

The Odesa City Military Administration has published a schedule of personal receptions of citizens by the head and deputies in 2025-2026. Full information about the days and hours of reception is available on the website of the OMVA.

The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, receives citizens every third Wednesday of the month from 10:00 to 12:00. First Deputy Head Nadiya Zadorozhna will receive citizens on the first and third Tuesday from 14:00 to 16:00.

Deputy Gennadiy Raskin will be receiving citizens on the first and third Thursdays, and Olga Lozova will be receiving citizens on the second and fourth Thursdays, both from 10:00 to 12:00.

Also, Deputy Serhiy Krasylenko will be available on the second and fourth Tuesdays from 14:00 to 16:00, and Inna Nimas, the administrator of the Odesa City Military Administration, will be available on the second and fourth Wednesdays from 10:00 to 12:00.

At the end of October, the Odesa City Military Administration officially announced who would be the deputy chiefs of the military. Currently, there are four such deputies.

In addition, in early November, the acting mayor of Odesa, Ihor Koval, appointed Volodymyr Domnitsak as temporary deputy mayor. Prior to that, Domnitsak served as the chief of staff of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional State Administration. According to his declaration as an official from Dnipro, he and his wife own an apartment in Odesa. Domnitsak's wife currently works for the National Police of Odesa Oblast.
