Mykolaiv MP Artem Chornomorov, who declares hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and luxury watches, received more than a million hryvnias in rental compensation from the state budget.

The Center forPublic Investigations found that in his 2024 declaration, Chornomorov did not list his wife and her property, although her cars were previously listed in the document. The only officially listed family members are his two sons, Lev and Vladyslav, who probably live in Germany.

Chornomorov owns a 2500 m² land plot in the village of Pokrovka in Mykolaiv region, acquired in 2014, and a 95.3 m² residential building in Mykolaiv, acquired in 2016. He also owns another land plot in Mykolaiv (639 m²), which belongs to the city council but is used by the MP.

In addition, the MP rents a 25 m² room in Kyiv - in the National Hotel Complex at the Verkhovna Rada. The declaration also lists another 22.8 m² apartment in Mykolaiv, which belongs to another person but is used by the MP and his children.

It is also interesting that since 2022, Chornomorov has owned the rights to a house registered to a German citizen, Helga Dietmer.

The MP's declaration includes two expensive watch models:

Both brands are elite and can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Back in 2023, Chornomorov had five cars, including Audi, Lexus, and Hyundai, but only two remain in the new declaration:

Other cars previously owned or used by the MP disappeared from the declaration.

Last year, the MP received:

Mr. Chornomorov also has significant cash - USD 170,000 - and a bank account at JSC Universal Bank.

Despite this, he continues to receive housing compensation from the budget, although he has his own real estate and significant savings.

Also, MP Oleksandr Pasichnyi, who represents Mykolaiv region in the Verkhovna Rada, published his declaration for 2024. According to the document, he owns several properties, including non-residential premises, apartments and land plots in Mykolaiv.

The family of Vitaliy Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, significantly increased its financial assets over the year, and the main new source of income was the sale of cryptocurrency.
