MP Oleksandr Pasichnyi Declares ₴4M Income, Multiple Properties in 2024

MP Oleksandr Pasichnyi, who represents Mykolaiv region in the Verkhovna Rada, has published his income and property declaration for 2024. According to the document, the MP owns several properties, including non-residential premises, residential apartments and land plots in Mykolaiv.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

Thus, the MP has partial ownership of shops, including a grocery store that was purchased for UAH 52.5 thousand. In addition, he owns land plots with a total area of 4,000 square meters and several apartments, including a 56.4 m² apartment that he has owned since 2003.

MP Pasichnyi and his family own several vehicles, including a BMW X6, a Mitsubishi Outlander, an Audi Q7, and a BMW X4 owned by his wife and son.

The deputy's wife, Natalia Pasichna, is the owner of corporate rights in the company "IMAGE-2014". The rights to the property were acquired in 2019, and the value of her share is UAH 801,705.

Oleksandr Pasichnyi, who works in the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, received a salary of UAH 629,524. His wife, Natalia Pasichna, received income from business activities amounting to UAH 3.2 million, and his son Bohdan Pasichnyi earned UAH 1.2 million from his business activities.

The total income from renting out property amounted to more than half a million hryvnias. The Pasichnykh family has numerous financial assets, including funds placed in bank accounts in various currencies and cash. Oleksandr Pasichnyi, who is among the main account holders, has funds in such banks as PrivatBank (UAH 88,386), OTP Bank (UAH 34,736) and other financial institutions. In total, his funds on the accounts amount to significant amounts, including UAH 50,756 on the account with PrivatBank.

His wife also has funds on accounts in such banks as PJSC Bank Vostok and Universal Bank, amounting to more than UAH 70 thousand, respectively. In addition, she has a significant amount of cash, including 190 thousand hryvnias in national currency, 32 thousand US dollars and 88 thousand euros.

Oleksandr and Nataliia's son, Bohdan Pasichnyi, also has funds in accounts, including in Universal Bank (UAH 49,980) and in Euros (EUR 1,010). His cash assets amount to 90 thousand hryvnias and 7 thousand euros.

In 2023, the MP earned UAH 1.2 million, which is twice as much as in 2022. His wife's income has also increased: while in 2022 she received UAH 963 thousand from business, last year this amount was UAH 1.9 million.

In 2022, the MP's income amounted to UAH 680.3 thousand, of which UAH 201.5 thousand was income from renting property. Their total savings amounted to UAH 8.9 million.

In 2021, Pasichnyi declared income of UAH 1 million from property rental and UAH 537.9 thousand in salary, while his wife earned UAH 4.5 million. In the same year, she sold a Renault Kangoo car. In 2020, the MP's income amounted to UAH 1.8 million, of which he received UAH 1 million from renting property and sold two cars for UAH 253.7 thousand.
