Mykolaiv Medical Center decided to renovate the premises

The Mykolaiv hospital has allocated more than UAH 5 million for the renovation of its premises. A search for a contractor has been announced, and the work should be completed in almost a year.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

Mykolaiv has announced a tender to find a contractor to carry out the current repair of the premises of the Primary Health Care Center No. 5.

The expected cost of the procurement was UAH 5.4 million. The auction is scheduled to start on January 20, 2025. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 54 thousand 74.

The selected contractor must repair the premises of the medical center by December 25, 2025. Bidders are not required to provide a bid security.

If the bidder plans to engage co-executors, he must pay for their services at least 20 percent of the contract amount.

In addition to covering the floor and walls, the contractor must carry out plumbing work - install washbasins, faucets and lay piping. They also have to make a suspended ceiling, equip the floor, and carry out electrical work. All construction materials and products to be used must meet hygienic and environmental standards. The equipment and materials to be used must be new and unused.

Mykolaiv has also recently announced a search for a street lighting maintenance contractor. They are ready to spend 1.6 million hryvnias from the budget. These are the works that are being carried out to ensure that streetlights and other lighting devices in the city work properly and smoothly.

In addition, Mykolaiv is preparing to build a new heating network. More than three million out of the four hundred million needed have been raised. They are planning to build an underground district heating network. The goal of the construction is to solve the problem of heating networks in the city.
