Odesa allocates 45 million for roads without auctions

The Odesa City Council's Road Maintenance Department has conducted three procurements to select companies that will be paid to repair roads in the city.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

All three procurements were conducted in the format of open bidding with special features and three contractors were selected who will receive a total of UAH 45 million 397.2 thousand from the budget.

Sections of Lesia Ukrainka Avenue, or rather the sidewalk from Lesia Ukrainka Avenue to Donorska Street from Misiichnyi Lane to Sehedska Street (odd side), Genoese Street (sidewalk on the section from Baltimorskaya Street to the house at 1 Genoese Street) (odd side), Valeriy Lobanovsky Lane between houses No. 1 and No. 1, building no. 2, Gennadiy Afanasiev Street (sidewalk on the section from Mechnikov Street to Oleksiyivska Street), Panteleimonivska Street. They will be repaired by Euroshlyakh Pivden, a limited liability company.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2023 in Odesa. The owner is Andrii Lysotpad from Dnipropetrovska oblast.

Eurodor Limited Liability Company won the right to repair roads for UAH 7 million 750 thousand. The company will use these funds to repair sections of the following streets: Semen Paliy, Mykolaivska Road, Ataman Chepiga, Odeska. The company is owned by Gevorg Avetisyan, a member of the Izmail City Council.

The largest contract - UAH 23 million 326.4 million - was awarded to the private joint-stock company "Repair and Construction Site Odeskolovpostach". The list of streets where the company will work is also larger than in the other two cases:
