A 17-million-dollar hospital renovation in Odesa region was given to a deputy's company

The Department of Capital Construction and Roads of the Odesa Regional State Administration has conducted a procurement to select a contractor to be paid for the repair of the regional hospital.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

It is a major overhaul of the territory's landscaping and the organization of a barrier-free space adapted for different types of disabilities at the Odesa Regional Clinical Hospital, a municipal non-profit enterprise.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant was Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud Limited Liability Company. According to the YouControl service, the founders of Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud are a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council, Prince Khachatryan, and his relative, Robert Khachatryan. The company was registered in 2023. In addition to contracts in Odesa region, the company is active in other regions, including Mykolaiv region, where it repairs roads. The company has a revenue of UAH 17 million 165 thousand.

The Housing and Utility Service of the Reni City Council in Odesa Oblast has selected a winner for the overhaul of the road surface of a part of Stepan Chobanu Street in Reni.

The contract worth UAH 17 million 705 thousand was awarded to Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud, a company owned by Odesa Regional Council deputy Prince Khachatryan.

In June, the State Enterprise "Local Road Service" selected a contractor for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Berezovsky district. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant in this procurement was Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud, a limited liability company. The company expects to pay UAH 173 million 50 thousand.
