Firm of Donetsk ex-deputy wins road contracts in Odesa worth 14 million

The municipal enterprise "City Roads" has held two procurements to select a contractor to maintain the street and road network of Peresypskyi and Khadzhybeyskyi districts of Odesa.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

Two companies took part in both procurements: Bildgroup Limited Liability Company and European Roads of Ukraine Limited Liability Company, and Bildgroup LLC was determined the winner.

In the case of the Peresypskyi district of Ukraine, the company expects to receive UAH 7 million 109.3 thousand, and in the case of the Khadzhybeyskyi district - UAH 7 million 133.8 thousand. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2014 in Vasylkiv, Kyiv region. The owners are Oleksandr Harbuz from Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, and Viktor Korkishko from Donetsk. In 2013, the latter was deputy director of the state enterprise Donetsk Oblavtodor and a member of the Budyonnovsky district council in Donetsk from the Party of Regions. Since the beginning of the year, the company has won tenders worth UAH 44 million 987.7 thousand.

Earlier, the Road Maintenance Department of Odesa City Council held three procurements to select companies to be paid for road repairs in the city. All three procurements were conducted in the format of open tenders with special features and three contractors were selected, who will receive a total of UAH 45 million 397.2 thousand from the budget.

Also, the municipal institution Balta-Blagoustrii of the Balta City Council of Odesa Oblast conducted a procurement to select a contractor to pay for the current repair of the city's roads.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant was Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud Limited Liability Company. The company expects to receive UAH 13 million 296.1 thousand. The repairs will be carried out until August 31, 2026.
