Three million budget allocated to repair roof of residential building in Mykolaiv

In Mykolaiv, almost three million hryvnias are planned to be spent on repairing the roof of a residential building. The reason for the repair is listed as the elimination of accidents in the housing stock.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to Prozorro public procurement data.

The customer of the work was the Department of Housing and Communal Services. It is planned to overhaul the roof of the house at 7 Hennadiy Matuliak Street.

The expected cost of the repair is UAH 2 million 990 thousand 856. The auction is scheduled for September 30. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 26 thousand 908.

The bidders must provide a tender offer in the amount of UAH 14 thousand. No security is required to secure the fulfillment of the procurement contract.

The winner of the auction must provide information on the required technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the procurement item, including the relevant technical specification.

Among other works, the contractor must carry out dismantling and construction works, repair the roof, exterior walls and install a lightning protection system. The repair work should be completed by December 16, 2024.

Also, the Department of Municipal Economy of Odesa City Council announced the search for a contractor who will be paid for emergency repairs of residential building No. 71 on Vapnyanoy Street. The results of the procurement are to be announced on September 30. The expected cost is UAH 2 million 744.2 thousand.

And the contract for the production of design estimates for the construction of a shelter for the Mykolaiv National University named after V.O. Sukhomlynskyi is expected to cost about one and a half million hryvnias. There was only one bidder who won the contract.

In early September, the Capital Construction Department of the Odesa City Council announced a new procurement to select a contractor to be paid for the repair and restoration of the interior finishing works of the Valikhov building of the city's clinical infectious diseases hospital.
