The register of bona fide taxpayers, which has been dubbed the "White Business Club," as of July 15, 2025, includes 8,882 Ukrainian companies, 312 of which are registered in Odesa region.

These calculations were made public by analysts of the Opendatabot platform, citing data from the State Tax Service.

The White Business Club, which began to be formed in October 2024, includes companies that must demonstrate openness, pay taxes in good faith, submit reports, and have no ties to Russia.

There are 179 such businesses in Mykolaiv region and 11 in Kherson region. The largest number of such businesses is in Kyiv - 25% of all companies on the list, i.e. 2,206. Dnipropetrovs'k region is also actively represented by 818 companies (9%), Kyiv region - 660 (7%), Lviv region - 650 (7%), and Kharkiv region - 428 (5%).

Odesa region ranks seventh in the list in Ukraine.

Most of the Club's representatives are in the trade sector: 22% of companies are engaged in wholesale or retail trade or motor vehicle repair. The manufacturing industry is in second place (16%), followed by agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (14%). This is followed by real estate (8%) and administrative services (7%).

Currently, the Tax Service has prepared a new draft law that should improve the accession to the Club and proposes to make the conditions for access to the regime more flexible: to allow for small paid fines, clarify the criteria for salaries and VAT payment, clearly regulate the inspection procedures, and expand protection from scheduled documentary inspections.

In January of this year, there were 7,997 such businesses. The register is constantly updated: 4,113 companies have joined the list since the beginning of the year, while 3,228 have left it.
