The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on the incident involving the driver of a bus transporting mobilized and civilian women, one of whom was in a wheelchair.

According to the press service of the regional TCC, the video footage being circulated is fragmentary and does not fully reflect the causes and circumstances that preceded the recorded incident.

In the video posted on Telegram, the women argue with the driver, accusing him of going to serve instead of participating in the detention of people, and he responds by asking the women if they would kneel before him if he showed them the awards he received for defending the homeland. This causes indignation among the women, and they repeatedly accuse the man of demanding that the woman in the wheelchair kneel before him.

In the video, the conflict has been going on for some time, and there is no end to the conflict. The regional TCC also did not publish the full video. The TCC stated that during the joint alert measures with the National Police, they checked the citizen's military registration documents and found that the person was wanted for violating the rules of military registration.

"At the request of a representative of the National Police to go to the district CCC and JV to clarify the data, the citizen refused in an aggressive manner and attempted to escape. Measures were taken to stop the illegal actions. A group of civilians interfered with the actions of the servicemen and the police officer, which led to an escalation of the conflict and allowed the offender to escape," the TCC said.

Earlier, the regional TCC explained why the man was dragged out of the service station by his feet.
