In Ukraine, 30 media outlets, including the Odesa-based football club Chornomorets, were issued with notices. Most often, the violations concerned the absence or incomplete source data on the websites and pages of online platforms.

This was reported by the press service of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting.

According to the Law "On Media," registered entities are required to indicate on their websites and pages the official name, address, telephone number, e-mail and identifier in the Media Register.

For example, Phenomenon Sports Management LLC (Kyiv, online media outlet Sport Market Review) received four notices due to the absence of e-mail and phone number on its social media pages and only partial data on its website.

Football ClubChornomoretsLLC (Odesa) received four notices for non-compliance with the requirements for publishing initial data on its online resources.

In particular, the club's official Instagram page "FC Chornomorets Odesa/FC Chornomorets Odesa" did not contain the postal address, phone number, e-mail and media identifier in the Register. The club's website does not have an online media identifier, and the YouTube channel "CHORNOMORETS TV" does not have a postal address, phone number, or identifier. Also, the Telegram channel of FC Chornomorets does not contain a postal address, phone number, e-mail, or an identifier in the Register.

Kyiv-based journalist and commentator Viktor Vatsko received two notices for the lack of source data on his Instagram page and YouTube channel Vatsko Live. One order was issued to Lviv-based sole proprietor Severin Stetsiuk (Brutal Football online media outlet) for incomplete contact information on YouTube.

Similar violations were also found in a number of other online media outlets: in particular, the channels "GURYEV TIME 2" from Chernihiv, "alex_djeep" from Chernihiv region, as well as the company "Analog TV" and the sole proprietor Petryk Oleksandr from Kyiv. The Futsal Association of Ukraine NGO received five orders due to the lack of source data on various platforms.

The National Council also recorded violations on the air of the Hutsul Radio station (Parbat LLC): call signs were not broadcast every hour, as required by law. Representatives of the company explained this as a technical failure.

Two more orders were issued to TV and radio companies from Nizhyn and Sloviansk for late notification of the change of the head. In addition, the regulator appointed an unscheduled inspection of Radio BUG (Novovolynsk) - the company failed to submit information on changing the location of the transmitter in time.

The National Council reminded that the order is a warning aimed at preventing further violations.

In September, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting announced Odesa-based First City Channel as the winner of the tender for the Kyiv multiplex. The channel gained an advantage over its competitors by offering round-the-clock broadcasting with a focus on urban issues.
