Suburban trains on two routes in Odesa region stopped running due to danger

Suburban trains No. 6274 "Podilsk - Pomichna" and No. 6275/6277 "Pomichna - Odesa-Holovna" will not run on December 13.

This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.

It was also planned to cancel the movement of train No. 6255 "Vapnyarka - Odesa-Holovna" on December 13, but later they found an opportunity to resume traffic on this route. Also, the train No. 6342/6341 "Karolino-Buhaz - Odesa-Holovna" will not run. Ukrzaliznytsia explained this for security reasons.

Odesa and Odesa region have been suffering from Russian air attacks for almost a day. So far, four people have been injured in Odesa due to shelling. The city is also without electricity and water supply - in all Odesa residents except for the former residential areas of Lenselishche, Bolshevik, Zastava, Slobodka, and Mizhlymania.

Around the evening of December 12, Infoksvodokanal announced that power supply had been restored to its facilities, which will allow it to resume water supply to residents of areas that were temporarily deprived of it due to the Russian attack on the energy infrastructure of Odesa region on the night of December 12. These are the consumers of Luzanivka and Kotovske residential areas and the town of Pivdenne. As well as the following settlements: Ilichanka, Korsuntsi, Krasnosilka, Svitloye, Oleksandrivka, Kryzhanivka, Lisky, Fontanka, Vapnyarka, Nova Dofinivka, Chornomorske, Zmiienkove, Hryhorivka, Novi Bilyari, Buldynka, Vizyrka, Bilyari, Sychavka.

On the night of December 12, they massively attacked Odesa district with attack drones. Despite the active work of air defense forces, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged. Warehouses, an administrative building and a garage were also damaged. Fires broke out at the site and were extinguished by rescuers.
