Specialized Prosecutor's Office in Mykolaiv Decides to Make Repairs in Rented Premises

In Mykolaiv, the Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Southern Region announced a tender for the repair of a rented building. It is planned to spend more than half a million hryvnias from the budget.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro procurement system.

The expected cost of the purchase is UAH 600 thousand. The minimum price reduction step is 6 thousand. The auction is scheduled for September 12. No bid security is required.

According to the tender documentation, the contractor must provide 33 services. These include the installation of a suspended ceiling and fixtures, skirting boards, plastering and painting walls and doors, floor screed, and new linoleum.

The repairs are to be completed by December 31, 2024.

Recently, the Mykolaiv Sea Port Authority announced a tender for the reconstruction of furnace, boiler and pumping station equipment. The company plans to spend more than UAH eight and a half million from its budget.

The Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council also announced an auction for the renovation of an administrative building. The committee plans to spend UAH 2 million 691 thousand 082 from the budget on carpentry and carpentry work, or rather on replacing metal-plastic windows and door blocks in the administrative building.

In addition, it is planned to overhaul two residential buildings in Mykolaiv that were damaged by Russian shelling. Tenders totaling over UAH 13 million have already been announced in the e-procurement system. The customer is the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council.
