Shevchenkivska village council plans to purchase a new PEUGEOT Traveller or its equivalent for almost UAH 2 million.
Information about the purchase was published in the Prozorro system.
According to the announcement, the vehicle must meet modern safety and comfort standards. In particular, it will be equipped with a Euro 6 diesel engine, automatic transmission, rearview cameras, climate control and other options. The planned expenditure is UAH 1.97 million.
Funding for the purchase of the vehicle was approved by the decision of the village council session No. 6 of February 26, 2025. The vehicle is expected to be delivered by April 30, 2025.
Applications from suppliers will be accepted until March 25, and the next day an auction will be held in the format of an open bidding with special features.
The open bidding format with special features provides for a shortened procedure. The bid submission period lasts seven calendar days, and the qualification appeal period is five calendar days. As a result, the auction may not take place, and bidders will have no competitors.
In 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine temporarily changed the rules of bidding due to martial law. In particular, the government has allowed procurement without electronic auctions, so tenders in Prozorro can be held without competition between participants.
Meanwhile, Mykolaivoblteploenergo plans to spend UAH 8.8 million on vehicle maintenance and repair. The utility company is ready to spend the most money - UAH 7.6 million - on maintenance and repair of FIAT vehicles. In addition, the procurement list includes maintenance services for HYUNDAI for UAH 404.9 thousand and LEXUS repairs, which will cost the budget UAH 833.1 thousand.
