"Servant of the People" office for sale in Artsyz

The Artsyzka City Council of Odesa Oblast has decided to hold an auction for the privatization of a one-story administrative building with a total area of 127.8 square meters, which, according to the signage, houses the office of the Servant of the People party.

The city council posted the relevant announcement on Prozorro.Sale.

The building is currently for rent. This building also housed the editorial office of the Slovo Artsyz newspaper. The starting price of the lot is UAH 833.5 thousand. The building is located in the middle of the block, formed by Svobody Street, Hospitalny Lane, Shchaslyva Street, and Trudova Street. The object of privatization has a front location, the entrance to the premises is from Svobody Street.

According to the city council, the location of the object is satisfactory in terms of its use. The total number of premises is nine. The condition of the building is satisfactory, some premises have undergone high-quality office renovation, windows and window grilles have been replaced, some premises require repair, and the windows are old wooden. Type of foundation - strip (rubble stone), type of walls - external (shell rock), type of attic floor (wooden), floor type - cement, type of roof - asbestos-cement corrugated sheets; Utilities: autonomous heating - local, ventilation - yes, water supply - yes, sewerage and drainage - yes, gas supply - no. Electricity and lighting - yes. The land plot under the specified object has not been formed, there is no cadastral number. No encumbrances on the land plot are registered. The object is offered for sale without the land plot.

Earlier, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held an auction for the privatization of the Nauka recreation center in Odesa region with a total area of 789.9 square meters.
