Schoolchildren of Peresypskyi district of Odesa decided to find a breadwinner for 6 million

The Center for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions of Peresypskyi District of Odesa has announced a tender to find a company to pay for the maintenance of fire alarm systems in schools and kindergartens.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

We are talking about 30 school and preschool education institutions. The procurement with an expected value of UAH 6.6 million is scheduled to be held on February 3 in the format of an open tender with special conditions.

Open bidding with special features means that almost all terms are shorter than those in open bidding under the Law on Public Procurement. This means that this procurement is much faster than open tenders.

The period for submitting proposals is seven calendar days, and the period for challenging qualifications is five calendar days. Often, there is no auction during such tenders, so the participant has no competitors.

However, after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine temporarily changed the rules of bidding for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation. Thus, the government temporarily canceled electronic auctions. Since then, tenders announced in Prozorro can be held without an auction.

Earlier, the Centers for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions of Prymorskyi and Kyivskyi Districts of Odesa announced a procurement to find companies that will be paid for the maintenance of fire alarm systems in schools and kindergartens.

The winning company will have to maintain evacuation control systems, centralized fire surveillance systems, and automatic fire extinguishing systems until December 31, 2025, in 87 educational institutions in Prymorskyi district and 11 institutions in Kyiv district. The procurement is scheduled for January 15 and 16.
