The court found guilty a woman who systematically leaked the locations of mobile groups on Telegram and accompanied these publications with insults against the military. She also spread pro-Russian fakes and narratives.

This is evidenced by the verdict of the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa.

According to the case file, in June-July 2024, the accused systematically published messages on Telegram about the location and movement of representatives of territorial recruitment centers. She actually warned people liable for military service about the locations where they were being served with calls, which could help them avoid mobilization.

In her posts, the woman not only indicated the exact locations, but also accompanied them with insulting statements against the military. In particular, she wrote about their presence near Pryvoz, the bus station, on Preobrazhenska, Troitska, Pastera, Olhiyivska and other locations, using derogatory language and warning about the work of mobile groups and checkpoints.

In addition, in the fall of 2024, the woman began spreading pro-Russian messages and fakes. In her publications, she accused the Ukrainian authorities, discredited "patriots" and promoted theses that justified Russian aggression, in particular, shifting responsibility for the shelling to the Ukrainian side.

In court, the defendant fully admitted her guilt, confirmed that she personally posted all the messages from her phone, and expressed remorse. She asked the court not to impose a real prison sentence.

The court found her guilty of obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and justifying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. She was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but was released from serving the sentence with probation for 2 years.

In February, in Odesa region, a court found guilty a woman who disseminated information about the military training center and mobilization points. In particular, she posted messages about the movement of the military, recorded the movements of law enforcement officers and the military, and pointed out checkpoints and their location near gas stations.
