Repairs, tires, and transportation: what the Kherson Oblast Infrastructure Department spent money on

In 2025, the Department of Infrastructure of the Kherson Regional Military Administration signed dozens of contracts throughout the year. These were agreements for equipment, fuel, repair of official vehicles, transportation of people, purchase of tires, equipment and various household goods.

Intent 's analysis of the data from the Ukrainian Universal Exchange showed what exactly the budget funds were used for. It should be remembered that this is the expected value - it could decrease during auctions.

The department started the year with a major purchase: three Chery TIGGO 2 PRO cars were planned to be purchased for UAH 600,000 each, but the auction did not take place. In the same month, the department completed the purchase of a Chery TIGGO 2 PRO car for UAH 599 thousand. In April, the department also spent UAH 10,388 on repairing wheeled vehicles and another UAH 500,000 on transportation services for organized groups of children.

In March, we purchased A-95 gasoline for a total of UAH 896,800. In addition, the department signed an agreement for transportation services for organized groups of people for half a million hryvnias.

In May, the department spent UAH 315 thousand on transportation of organized groups of people. It also purchased Kumho and Crugen tires for UAH 38,200, and transportation services for the evacuation of passengers cost UAH 150,000. Vehicle repairs and maintenance, including materials, cost UAH 54,000.

The department did not forget about technical support. In June, the department purchased a Brother HLL2460DNYJ1 printer for UAH 8,167 and a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 laptop for UAH 8,685. In addition, the department spent UAH 37,998 on transportation of organized groups of people. The department also carried out car repairs and maintenance, which cost UAH 99,000, and installed crankcase protection for a 2017 Chery Tiggo 2 for UAH 8,167.

In July, the department purchased A-95 gasoline for UAH 966,000 and ordered services for the transportation of organized groups of people abroad for UAH 148,500. August was marked by an order for transportation of organized groups of people for UAH 350 thousand, as well as vehicle maintenance using materials for UAH 137 thousand.

In September, transportation services for children were purchased for UAH 500 thousand, and car repairs and maintenance using materials cost UAH 149,290. Also in October, the department purchased Michelin X-Ice Snow and Laufenn tires for UAH 7,326, and the maintenance and repair of wheeled vehicles cost UAH 149,000.

In November, an open tender was announced for the transportation of organized groups of passengers for UAH 200,000. Also, maintenance and repair of vehicles using spare parts was ordered for UAH 149 thousand.

In general, throughout the year, the institution paid attention not only to transportation and logistics needs, but also to the repair and maintenance of official vehicles, the provision of equipment and office equipment, as well as fuel and tires. Thus, in 2025, the Infrastructure Department of the Kherson ATC spent approximately UAH 6 million on the most expensive procurements.

At the same time, in 2025, the Department of Territorial Development of Kherson Regional State Administration spent more than UAH 174 million on the construction and repair of schools, outpatient clinics, and water supply networks. The largest amount of money was spent on the reconstruction of an administrative building in Vysokopillia into an outpatient clinic.
