Enemy troops attack humanitarian aid building in Kherson region

The Kherson region came under massive attacks, with Russian troops hitting residential areas and civilian infrastructure with drones and artillery. Two people were killed and two others were injured in the last day.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops shelled the right-bank part of the region again, using artillery and drones of various types.

The attacks damaged two apartment buildings, five private homes, an educational institution and a car.

In the village of Dudchany, an FPV drone killed a 62-year-old woman. In Tomyna Balka, a drone hit a humanitarian aid distribution building that had already been damaged earlier.

FPV drone attacks also caused the destruction of a private house in Zolota Balka and a farm warehouse in Novoraysk, which had been shelled several times before.

In Kreschenivka, the Russian military attacked a school with drones, damaging the building. Artillery fire damaged three private houses in Zelenivka and another residential building in Tomyna Balka.

In Dniprovsky district of Kherson, an FPV drone attacked a civilian car. A 32-year-old woman was injured, suffering from blast trauma, contusion and an acute stress reaction. Police evacuated her and took her to the hospital.

The body of an 86-year-old woman with mine-blast injuries was found in the city's central district. It was preliminarily established that she could have died due to the detonation of an unknown object she brought home.

At night, Russian artillery hit the Tavriyskiy neighborhood, damaging a high-rise building. In the Korabel neighborhood, a drone attacked another residential building.

Also, a 66-year-old resident of Kherson, who was injured during the shelling on March 20, sought medical attention and was diagnosed with an explosive injury and concussion. During the day, the police processed 201 appeals from citizens and opened eight criminal proceedings under the article on war crimes.

On March 20, massive Russian shelling in Kherson region killed one person and injured four others, including two medical workers.
