Police and SBU decide to transfer apartments in Odesa to the city council

The Odesa City Council plans to receive apartments from the Main Department of the National Police in Odesa Oblast and the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in Odesa Oblast.

The relevant draft decisions were published on the Odesa City Council website.

According to the agenda, the city council is going to receive four apartments from the police, one apartment from the SBU, and three more apartments from the Office of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine in Odesa Oblast. The draft resolutions were submitted by the Odesa City Council's Standing Committee on Housing and Communal Services.

The Odesa City Council also planned to receive a number of storage facilities in Odesa from the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

As well as non-residential premises (civil defense structure) with a total area of 196 square meters, located at 10 Frantsuzsky Boulevard, Odesa, at. 101 and the premises (group of premises), non-residential basement (civil protection structure) with a total area of 141.6 square meters, located at 1 Starosinnaya Square, room 101. 101.

Preparations for the session are currently underway. In particular, meetings of permanent deputy commissions are taking place to consider issues that may be submitted to deputies for consideration at the sessions, and Intent monitors these meetings.

There are 12 standing committees in Odesa city council, but as of February 22, 2025, the standing committee on culture, tourism and international relations and the standing committee on regulations, deputy ethics and corruption prevention cannot make decisions, as they currently have less than three deputies.
