Odesmiskelectrotrans has announced a tender to find a supplier of spare parts for rolling stock.

This is reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

These are four TATRA T3 tram bogie frames, two TATRA T3 tram bogie cradle bodies, four transverse motor beam frames, 60 electric bell drive motors, 20 industrial radial fans, 1,600 high-temperature gearbox shank seals, eight sand spreader assemblies, 40 axial fans, 800 terminals 2001-1401 and 400 terminals 2002-1401.

The procurement is planned in the format of an open tender with special conditions. Open bidding with special features means that almost all terms are shorter than those in open bidding under the Public Procurement Law. This means that this procurement is much faster than open tenders.

The period for submitting proposals is seven calendar days, and the period for challenging qualifications is five calendar days. Often, there is no auction during such tenders, so the participant has no competitors.

However, the year before last, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine temporarily changed the rules of bidding for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation. The government temporarily canceled electronic auctions. Since then, tenders announced in Prozorro can be held without an auction.

Earlier, Odesmiskelektrotrans announced a tender to find a supplier of plywood, fiberboard, and OSB-3. The company planned to purchase 200 pieces of 18 mm thick sanded plywood SR/SR, 65 pieces of 15 mm thick sanded plywood SR/SR, 160 pieces of 6.5 mm laminated plywood, 70 pieces of 18 mm thick sanded plywood FC SR/SR, six pieces of 18 mm laminated plywood, 380 pieces of laminated fiberboard, 150 OSB-3 boards. Fanera Trade Limited Liability Company was selected as the supplier.
