Odesa State University Awards ₴3.4M and ₴6.8M Repair Contracts

The Odesa State University of Internal Affairs has held two procurements to select contractors to pay for the repair of its premises.

The respective announcements were published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The first procurement concerns the current repair of classrooms and the second floor corridor and stairwell located in the canteen building under the letter "B". The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features and the only participant was UkrServiceGroup Limited Liability Company. The company expects to spend UAH 3 million 434 thousand, and the work should be completed by December 25.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Odesa in 2006 and is owned and operated by Oleksandr Myach, a resident of Kryvyi Rih.

This is not the first time the company has won tenders in Odesa region, and it has been mentioned in the media in connection with criminal proceedings. For example, in January 2025, 368.media, citing criminal case materials , claimed that the company was mentioned in a case of suspicion of misappropriation of budget funds by the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council. Also in January 2025, Nikcenter journalists accused the company of inflating prices for some materials compared to the market level.

The second tender concerned the current repair of the basement of the canteen building under the letter "B". The procurement was also conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant was Euro-Style Group Limited Liability Company. The company expects to pay UAH 6 million 855 thousand. According to the YouControl service, Euro-Style Group LLC was registered in Odesa in 2016. The owner is Denys Kovtun.

In May 2024, the company won a tender to select a contractor who will be paid for the current repair of the facade of the monument of architecture and urban planning of local importance - the building letter G1 of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky. An agreement was signed with the company, it completed the work and received UAH 1 million 138.2 thousand.
