Mayor of Rozdilna increased income by a quarter of a million

The family of the mayor of Rozdilne - Valeriy Shovkaliuk himself and his wife Olha - received a total income of UAH 1 million 768.5 thousand last year.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this is evidenced by the mayor's declaration for 2025, published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

This is UAH 250.8 thousand more than the total family income in 2024. This was mainly due to an increase in the salaries of the mayor and his wife, their pensions, and the value of the property they leased. In 2024, Valeriy Shovkaliuk earned UAH 751.3 thousand, while in 2025 he earned UAH 933.1 thousand. Olha Shovkaliuk earned UAH 475.6 thousand in 2024 and UAH 502.5 thousand in 2025. The mayor's pension was 139.1 thousand hryvnias in 2024, and 161.9 thousand in 2025. Olha Shovkaliuk's pension in 2024 amounted to 132 thousand hryvnias, and in 2025 - 144.9 thousand. As for the property that the family rented out, in 2024 the couple received 15.8 thousand hryvnias, and in 2025 - 26 thousand.

The tenant has not changed: the limited liability company Obriy-MTS, owned by Valerii and Iryna Hrynevetskyi. Valeriy Hrynevetskyi is the brother of the former head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Serhiy Hrynevetskyi. Otherwise, the mayor's declaration does not differ from the report for 2024.

Olha Shovkaliuk continued to lease 59.7 hectares in the village of Novyi Hrebenyk, Rozdilnyanskyi district, Odesa region. She leased this land in 2024. Since 2023, Olha Shovkaliuk has also owned a 787.3-square-meter warehouse in the village of Starosilie and a 15.3-hectare plot of land in the village of Shevchenkove, Rozdilnyansky district, which she has owned since 1993.

Valeriy Shovkaliuk himself owns 4.5 hectares in the village of Starostyne, and uses his wife's 105.9-square-meter house in the village of Novi Chobruchi, where there is also half a hectare of land owned by Olga Shovkaliuk.

The family also has one declared car, a 1999 Mercedes-Benz E 220, which has been owned by Olha Shovkaliuk since 2019.
