Head of Odesa Customs declares rented Lexus and 5 million of his wife's income

The wife of Andriy Koliver, the head of Odesa Customs, Tetiana Bilous, rented a Lexus RX 300 last year and earned UAH 5 million 846.3 thousand from her business.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, Andriy Koliver reported this in his declaration published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

Tetiana Bilous is an individual entrepreneur. The head of the customs office earned 787.6 thousand hryvnias at the Odesa customs office, and another 397.7 thousand hryvnias at the State Customs Service as deputy head of the department.

In addition to the rented car, the family owns a 2018 Audi Q7, which Andrii Koliver and Tetiana Bilous jointly own. The family's savings consist of $10,000 in cash for Andriy Koliver and $30,000 for his wife. The family has a total of 20 thousand euros, 11.5 thousand US dollars, and 42.8 thousand hryvnias in banks.

Andriy Koliver does not own any real estate. He rents a 39.9-square-meter room in Odesa and owns 1.2 thousand square meters in the village of Novosilky, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region. He also uses a 56.4-square-meter apartment in Hlukhiv owned by Valentyna Koliver and an 81.6-square-meter apartment owned by Kateryna Koliver.

Tetyana Bilous owns a 60.2 square meter apartment and a 1,000 square meter land plot in Oster. The family also owns an unfinished house of 215.5 square meters.

Andrii Koliver has been in charge of Odesa Customs since October 2024 as acting head.

The mayor of Rozdilne also reported his income. Last year, Valeriy Shovkaliuk and his wife Olha received a total income of UAH 1 million 768.5 thousand.
