The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support responded to a video of an incident between civilians and military personnel at the TSC on Dalnytska Street in Odesa.

The video of the conflict was published by a number of Telegram channels.

The video shows a group of people in military uniforms pushing a man into a windowless civilian cargo van. The man resists, and witnesses are outraged.

According to the TCC, the alert group stopped the man to check his documents, but he began to use foul language and attempted to escape.

"In order to stop the offense, identify the citizen and carry out appropriate mobilization procedures, a police officer together with the military detained him and brought him to the RTC and the JV," the regional TCC said.

They also emphasized that, in accordance with the new standards of work, the entire course of events was continuously recorded on the body cameras of the military alert group. However, the TCC did not provide any recordings of the conflict from those cameras.

The TCC also emphasized that the actions of the alert group were aggressively interfered with by unauthorized civilians using physical force. This fact, according to the TCC, was also recorded, but the regional TCC did not provide video evidence of its statement.

Earlier, Oleksandr Somov, a deputy of the Fontanka village council , was detained on August 29 before the start of the session and transferred to the territorial center for recruitment and social support.

And on August 24, the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on an incident involving a bus driver transporting mobilized and civilian women, one of whom was in a wheelchair.
