In 2024, Veronika Radulova, the wife of Dmytro Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, became the owner of a 68.3-square-meter apartment in Odesa and rented a 2023 Skoda Kodiaq.

The official indicated this in her declaration for 2024, which was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

The lessor of the car was Impex Logistics, a limited liability company. According to YouControl, the company was registered in 2011 in Kyiv, and the owner is Volodymyr Osipov, a resident of Podilsk, Odesa region. The woman also became the owner of a mortgage certificate from Inzhur LLC.

The family of the deputy chief of the DIA did not have any other real estate - the data is the same as in the declaration for 2023:

Also, in 2023, 2022 and 2020, Dmytro Radulov used a parking space in the village of Lymanka, which belongs to Dmytro Heorhiiovych Radulov, apparently the official's father.

This was the family's income:

Veronika Radulova also received an inheritance of UAH 416 thousand.

The family's savings have also changed. While in 2023 the money was kept in cash, now Dmytro Radulov has UAH 81,989 in bank accounts and USD 20.7 thousand in cash. His wife keeps 47 thousand dollars in cash and 16 thousand 586 hryvnias in banks.

The NACP has also already published declarations of the Chief of Staff of the Military Regional Administration Volodymyr Zavadskyi and the Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State (Military) Administration Andrii Figel. The declaration of the head of the DEC, Oleh Kiper, remains classified.
